Relo Metrics Expands Global Footprint with Senior Hires Across North America, EMEA and APAC

Industry Experts Significantly Strengthen the Company's Position in the Rapidly Growing Sports Sponsorship Analytics Market

SANTA MONICA, CA – September 19, 2024Relo Metrics (formerly GumGum Sports), the leading AI-powered sponsorship analytics platform for real-time data decisions, has today announced a significant expansion of its senior leadership and consultancy teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Delivered as part of its global expansion strategy, the recruitment of four proven industry professionals will boost the company’s global presence as the sports sponsorship industry is experiencing rapidly increasing demand for data-driven insights.

Joining Relo Metrics as Vice President Global of Sales & Partnerships, Vivian Herron brings over 20 years of experience leading sales and revenue teams in media, software, and data solutions. Previously holding leadership roles at VideoAmp, Yahoo, BrightRoll, and Amobee, she will focus on expanding Relo Metrics’ sales initiatives and leading high-performing teams across the organization. Her deep understanding of the industry, combined with her ability to inspire and lead, makes her a valuable addition to the Relo Metrics team.

Also joining from VideoAmp as Vice President of Data Strategy and Operations is Dylan Cox. With more than a decade of experience in ad tech, and as a founding member he was instrumental in scaling VideoAmp from a team of five to over 500 employees. He brings deep expertise in operational efficiency and data management to Relo Metrics, where he will drive the company's data operations.

Lee Moulding has been recruited as the company’s Senior Commercial Director in EMEA. With over 15 years of experience in the digital advertising industry and a track record of building companies from start-up to scale-up and exit, his leadership will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth across Europe. As employee number 10 for IAS in EMEA he was part of the SLT that grew IAS into the market leading verification vendor in the market. At Playground XYZ he was recruited as the first commercial lead in EMEA and worked alongside the GumGum EMEA teams to deliver cross-functional deals and build relationships across key agencies and brands. 

Lastly, Naokazu Wakaguri has also been appointed to a market development role, supporting the expansion of Relo Metrics in Japan. With a strong background in corporate and product branding, he previously served as Managing Director of GumGum Japan. His deep knowledge of the APAC market will support Relo Metrics' growth across the region.
